Preamble

Organizations loose a lot of money as a result of paying for compensations on cases, Therefore there is the
need to equip participants with investigative and prosecution skills and knowledge in order to win criminal
cases.
Target Group

Fisheries Officers, Auditors, Immigration Officers, and all Officers whose duties include enforcement of
various laws.

  • Investigate and interviewing skills
  • Presentation of exhibitionand Drafting of charges
  • Examination and questioning of witnesses
  • Case file compilations
