Preamble

The efficiency and effectiveness of staff and the skills they bring to bear on the quality of
service delivered are fostered through need driven training activities. Those charged with the
responsibility of equipping human resources in organizations with the knowledge skills and
positive attitudes to perform at optimum levels need to approach this task with professionalism.
