Preamble Research has become popular yet more complex and expensive than other problem-solving strategies. Research contributes to evidence decision-making that is based on reliable and valid data. This requires organizations to adopt systematic research methods and techniques. Target Group Managers in the Public, Private and NGO sectors whose responsibilities involve research but have not been exposed to training in systematic research methods. These include Research officers, Project evaluators, Data Analysts, research policy makers and officers from academic and research institutions. Learning objectives
