Preamble

Project failure is often a result of a weakness in management rather inadequacy of financial
resources. The challenges include resource mobilization, utilization and control to realize project
objectives. The course will appeal to organizations requiring quality project management training
but are unable to release their staff for long periods of time.
Target Group

Managers/Officers involved in project planning and management These include: Project
Managers, Agricultural officers, Engineers, Architects, Surveyors, Economists and Planners.
