Preamble

Inadequate monitoring and Evaluation of projects leads to wastage of scarce resources in project
implementation. This Seminar is designed to provide the participants with an understanding of the
process of project design and implementation and equip them with relevant skills in monitoring
and evaluation.

Project Officers/Managers charged with responsibility of Monitoring and Evaluation of
Development Projects.
