A Senior Management Course No. 169/2010 ended on Friday 2 July 2010. The thirty eight (38) participants who attended the course, were drawn from the Ministry of Cooperative Development. The course kicked off on 7 June, 2010 and ended on 2 July 2010.  The Senior Management Course, equips participants with skills and knowledge to address management practices and processes. Course content include transformative leadership, attributes of good governance, performance management and result based management.
