Induction program underway at KIA | Print |  E-mail

The Immigration Officers’ Induction Program commenced at KIA on 26th October 2009 and will run for two months. The one hundred (100) participants are drawn from the Ministry of State for Immigration and Registration. The opening ceremony was graced by the Director of Immigration Services Ambassador Albert Musasia.

Also in attendance was the Director KIA, senior staff members from the Ministry of Immigration Services and KIA faculty. The Chief Guest exhorted the participants to internalize GOK Code of Regulations, adhere to the values governing the running of the public service, and to always conduct themselves with discipline and decorum.

The Director KIA Dr. Margaret Kobia, advised the participants to develop personal visions in life which will enable them to climb up the ladder in career progression with focus.
