Today, information and Communication technology (ICT) permeates virtually every aspect of modern
organizations, to the extent that its effective use of could easily mean the difference between success and
failure. To succeed, therefore it is vital that an organization uses ICT effectively. To achieve this, managers
need to be champions of the technology, and this seminar will benefit the organization by developing the
