KIA's Day Out! Print E-mail

Last Saturday 20 February, 2010, Ninety two (92) KIA staff members attended a teambuilding cum celebratory event at Lukenya Guest House, Nairobi. This was the second session. The first session was held the previous Saturday. "The programme started off with brainstorming on the expectations of the day. Lessons leant include success is as a result of TEAMWORK. We should learn to be innovative and embrace cost-cutting at our offices. Consultation; Planning; proper communication and clear understanding of instructions and courage are all necessary for proper implementation of organizational policies by employees. Trust amongst all staff members is an essential factor at the work place. It enhances productivity. KIA employees think very highly of the institute. This was reflected in the indoor group discussions". (Comments from a staff member).
