Preamble

Organizations are increasingly facing challenges of sourcing and utilizing the services of external
consultants to undertake assignments. This requires the utilization of systematic methods and techniques
in consultancy

Target Group

Managers from the public, private and NGO sector involved in procuring and delivering consultancy
services. This includes managers involved in the development of Terms of Reference (TOR), preparation
and of technical and financial consultancy proposals and monitoring and evaluating consultancy
assignments.
