Preamble The Government now requires that ministries, departments and public sector organizations enter into performance contracts which will bind them to the performance results agreed in advance at the end of a fiscal year. This is explained/clarified in Legal Notice No. 93 of 2004. This workshop therefore aims at developing capacity in the processing and implementation of performance contracts. Target Group Officers in the public service who will be involved in the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of performance contracts in their organizations.
